Order Processing

• Orders are processed in the order they are received.

• Most in-stock items ship within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

• Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

Preorders

• Preorder items will ship within three (3) business days after the official release date.

• If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, the entire order will ship once all items are available.

Shipping Methods & Rates

• We offer multiple shipping options at checkout. Rates are calculated based on weight, destination, and selected service.

• Tracking information will be provided by email once your order has shipped.

Delivery Times

• Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier and your location.

• Once a package leaves our facility, delivery timeframes are outside of our control.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

• Rapid Spin TCG is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.

• If your order is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number to file a claim.

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours with photos and order details so we can assist you.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
